Find Clarity, Balance, and Health

Help For Patients:
Are you ready to feel like the most important person in the room? I think you are and deserve to be treated that way.

• Do you have symptoms that no one has been able to figure out where they are coming from?
• Have you seen many different healthcare providers without getting answers?
• Do you feel like you haven’t gotten enough time from your providers?

I will help find answers for you, I will give you the time you deserve, I will listen to your story and help you find a path to getting you whole.

Help For Caregivers:
It is said that it is often harder to be the one watching someone you love suffer than it is to be the one suffering. It is imperative as a caregiver to take care of yourself first in order to be most effective at caring for your loved one. I can provide counseling and guidance for those caring for and are living with those with pain and acute or chronic illness.

Help For Healthcare Workers:
Taking care of patients requires book knowledge, physical ability, emotional intelligence, mental acuity and psychological ability to give what you can without depleting your “Self”. We often fail, that is what makes us human and it also makes us strive to become better.

Healthcare workers need an outlet to talk about the issues they deal with during the COVID-19 crisis and beyond. Being a healthcare worker is a labor of love, it is also one of the most emotionally draining jobs one can have – especially during this crisis.

As a healthcare provider myself, I can relate to your struggles and support you in strengthening your resolve to be the best healthcare worker you can be by placing your health first. You have to be healthy and whole to be the best provider possible for your patients. I can help you get there.

It is always helpful to have someone you can debrief with when you have had a day that makes you question why you got into this profession to begin with. I will be there for you.
